Microsoft Outlook

The instructions below are for setting up NatiMail for Microsoft Outlook.

Step 1: Open Outlook from Start -> Programs

Step 2: Open Tools -> E-mail Accounts from the Outlook menu.

Step 3: Choose the 'Add new e-mail account' option from the E-mail Accounts wizard.

Step 4: Choose the 'IMAP' Server Type option in the E-mail Account wizard.

Step 5: Enter your full Display Name, E-mail Address (joebloggs@natimail.com) under User Information. Enter mail.natimail.com for both the Incoming mail server (IMAP) and Outgoing mail server (SMTP). Enter your User Name and Password under Login Information. Leave 'Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) un-ticked. Then, click on More Settings ...
Step 5: Enter your full Display Name, E-mail Address (joebloggs@natimail.com) under User Information. Enter mail.natimail.com for both the Incoming mail server (IMAP) and Outgoing mail server (SMTP). Enter your User Name and Password under Login Information. Leave 'Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) un-ticked. Then, click on More Settings ...
Step 6: In More Settings... click on the 'Outgoing Server' tab, and tick the 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' box. Choose the 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server' radio button and click 'OK'. Click the 'Next' button in the 'Email Accounts' window.

Step 7: Click on 'Finish'. Your new NatiMail account has been successfully set up in Microsoft Outlook.
