I forgot my password

To recover your Natimail password, please begin with these steps:

1. Visit our password recovery page.
2. Enter your natimail user name. This is the part of your Natimail email address before the @ symbol, so if your Natimail address is joebloggs@natimail.com your natimail username is joebloggs. If you are not sure what your Natimail user name is, you can enter the email address you originally signed up to Natimail with.
3. Click Email new password.

You will then receive instructions on how to reset your password at the email address you originally signed up to Natimail from.
